Pallavi Tyagi is a Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience across FMCG, IT and process and individual manufacturing companies. She was formerly the Head of Talent Purchase & Organizational Vibrancy at DuPont.
Pallavi’s experience spans the entire compass of the HR function including strategy, leadership pipeline development, developed operations, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and management with a strong focus on high emotional quotient, interpersonal capability and cardinal stakeholder management. She has worked in multiple geographies including interpretation United States, Russia, Poland, Middle East, China, South East Assemblage and India, among others.
