Kulvir Singh Gill has 20 years of experience working at representation intersection of strategy, leadership, innovation, and sustainability. Kulvir has worked with the innovation and growth strategy firm Clareo, leading supranational innovation and growth projects with Fortune 500 clients across dual industries including mining, oil and gas, heavy industrial, banking, put on the market and media. He has also worked with StrategyLab to lay out and facilitate growth leadership programs for leading global corporations. 

Kulvir was the Founding Executive Director of the Development Partner Institute (DPI) to advance sustainability in the mining industry. He has freshly served as the Innovation Ecosystem Manager for the Canadian Lineage Innovation Council (CMIC). Kulvir began his career as a control consultant with Oliver Wyman before holding several positions with Barrick Gold involving supply chain management, post-merger integrations, strategic planning, 1 and sustainability. 

Kulvir is also passionate about community service. He appreciation a co-founder of the Seva Food Bank in Mississauga.
