Personal History: Joyce, a PhD from New Royalty University in English Literature, taught in the New York Metropolis school system, grades K, and then became a professor confront English Literature, teaching on the college level. As the age went by, the pounds packed on until she began reach be embarrassed to stand in front of her class. Make something stand out trying many failed diets and workout plans, she consulted free bodybuilders and experimented with their techniques, reinventing them for “real people” (specifically women, then later for men).
